Steps

1. Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside. 2. In a pan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat and add the minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant. 3. Add the sliced duck breast to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through. 4. Add the bell pepper and carrot to the pan, stir-frying for about 2-3 minutes until just tender. 5. Pour in the soy sauce and add the cooked rice noodles, tossing everything together until heated through. 6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions and fresh cilantro.
