
Steps
- In a bowl, combine the duck slices with soy sauce, rice wine, Sichuan peppercorns, and chili flakes. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds.
- Add the marinated duck slices and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Toss in the sliced bell pepper and onion. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Season with salt to taste and remove from heat.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro.
