Steps
1. Score the skin of the duck breast and season with salt and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat and sear the duck breast, skin side down, until crispy.
3. Flip the duck breast and cook to desired doneness.
4. In a separate saucepan, combine honey, orange juice, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Simmer until thickened.
5. Brush the orange glaze over the duck breast.
6. Rest the duck for a few minutes before slicing.
7. Serve garnished with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
