Steps
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the coconut milk, honey, egg, vanilla extract, cornstarch, and salt until smooth.
3. Pour the mixture into a small ramekin or oven-safe dish.
4. Place the ramekin in a baking dish and fill the baking dish with hot water until it reaches halfway up the sides of the ramekin.
5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the flan is set but still slightly jiggly in the center.
6. Remove from the oven and let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
7. Before serving, garnish with shredded coconut.
