Haldi Ki Sabji (Turmeric Stir-fry)

Steps

1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. 2. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds; let them splutter. 3. Add the slit green chili and sauté for 30 seconds. 4. Add the grated fresh turmeric root and turmeric powder, stirring well. 5. Cook on low heat for 5-7 minutes until the turmeric softens. 6. Add salt to taste and mix thoroughly. 7. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves before serving.
