Steps
1. Brew a shot of espresso and set aside.
2. In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until steaming, but do not boil.
3. Add the hazelnut syrup and vanilla extract to the steamed milk, whisking until well combined.
4. Pour the espresso into a coffee mug, then add the hazelnut vanilla milk mixture on top.
5. If desired, add whipped cream and drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
