Steps

1. In a pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until translucent. 2. Add the cubed beef and brown on all sides. 3. Stir in tomato paste, paprika, and caraway seeds. Cook for 2 minutes. 4. Add carrot, potato, and bell pepper. Pour in the beef broth, season with salt and pepper. 5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes until beef is tender. 6. Adjust seasoning if necessary and serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
