
Steps
- Start by cooking the bacon in a large pan on medium heat.
- Once the bacon is almost cooked, throw in the garlic, spinach and salt and pepper. Continue cooking until everything is cooked but still crispy.
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and add in the penne. Cook for 7-8 minutes.
- Drain the penne and add in the pan with the other ingredients.
- Stir everything together and add in the Parmesan cheese.
- Serve and enjoy!
Ingredients
- 2oz whole-wheat penne
- 2 strips of bacon
- 2 handful of fresh spinach
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tbsps olive oil
- 1 tsp Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
