Baked Tilapia with Brown Rice

This delicious main dish is packed with proteins, vitamins and minerals from the tilapia and brown rice. It is easy to make and ready in a half hour

Steps

Steps of Preparation: -Preheat oven to 375°F. -Wash and pat dry the Tilapia and place in a lightly greased baking dish. -Drizzle the skin of the Tilapia with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika and salt. -Bake for 15 minutes in preheated oven. -After 15 minutes, remove baking dish from the oven and top with the cooked brown rice. -Bake for another 15 minutes. -Garnish with parsley before serving.
