Steps
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the trout fillet on the prepared baking sheet, skin side down.
Drizzle olive oil over the fillet.
In a small bowl, mix dried parsley, dill, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Sprinkle the herb mixture evenly over the trout fillet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Serve with a lemon wedge and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
