Steps
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper to create an herb paste.
3. Rub the herb paste all over the pork chop, ensuring it’s well-coated.
4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the pork chop for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
5. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
6. Remove from the oven, let it rest for a couple of minutes, and serve with a wedge of lemon.
