
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Season rabbit leg with salt and pepper.
- In a large oven-safe pan, heat olive oil and sear the rabbit leg until browned.
- Add chopped onion, garlic, rosemary, and thyme to the pan. Pour in the broth.
- Cover the pan and braise in the oven for 1.5 hours.
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Remove the pan from the oven, uncover the rabbit leg, and sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture on top.
- Return to the oven and broil until the crust is golden and crispy.
- Serve hot.
