Steps

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). 2. Season rabbit leg with salt and pepper. 3. In a large oven-safe pan, heat olive oil and sear the rabbit leg until browned. 4. Add chopped onion, garlic, rosemary, and thyme to the pan. Pour in the broth. 5. Cover the pan and braise in the oven for 1.5 hours. 6. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parsley, salt, and pepper. 7. Remove the pan from the oven, uncover the rabbit leg, and sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture on top. 8. Return to the oven and broil until the crust is golden and crispy. 9. Serve hot.
