Steps
1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Wash and scrub the potato, then cut it into wedges.
3. In a bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, rosemary, salt, and pepper until well coated.
4. Spread the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top if using.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
7. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
