Steps

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Wash and slice the potato into wedges. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper. Toss the potato wedges in the herb mixture until well coated. Spread the wedges out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
