Steps
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix together the dried dill, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Rub the salmon fillet with olive oil and coat it evenly with the herb mixture.
4. Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
5. While the salmon is baking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Add the lemon juice and lemon zest, stirring to combine.
6. Once the salmon is done, drizzle the lemon butter sauce over the top before serving.
