Steps
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, thyme, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Place the trout fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, skin side down.
4. Brush the herb mixture over the top of the trout fillet evenly.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
6. While the trout is baking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat and stir in the lemon juice.
7. Once the trout is done, drizzle the lemon butter sauce over the fillet and garnish with a slice of lemon.
8. Serve immediately and enjoy your meal!
