Herb-Crusted Turkey Breast with Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. Rub the turkey breast with olive oil, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. 3. Place the turkey in a baking dish and roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). 4. While the turkey is roasting, peel and chop the potatoes. 5. Boil the potatoes in salted water for about 15 minutes or until tender. 6. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add minced garlic, butter, and milk; mash until smooth and creamy. 7. Once the turkey is done, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing. 8. Serve the turkey slices with a generous helping of garlic mashed potatoes.
