Herb-Crusted Turkey Breast with Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). 2. Mix olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper. 3. Rub the herb mixture all over the turkey breast. 4. Place turkey on a baking tray and roast for 25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F). 5. Meanwhile, peel and chop potatoes into chunks. Boil in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes. 6. Drain potatoes and mash with butter, milk, minced garlic, and salt until creamy. 7. Let the turkey rest for 5 minutes before slicing. 8. Serve sliced turkey breast with garlic mashed potatoes on the side.
