Steps
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix the dried thyme, rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Rub the turkey cutlet with olive oil and coat it with the herb mixture.
4. Place the cutlet on a baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
5. While the turkey is baking, peel and chop the potato into cubes.
6. Boil the potato in salted water for about 15 minutes until tender.
7. Drain the potato and return it to the pot. Add butter, minced garlic, milk, and salt.
8. Mash until smooth and creamy.
9. Serve the turkey cutlet alongside the garlic mashed potatoes and enjoy!
