
Steps
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper, then add it to the skillet. Sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the white wine and chicken broth, scraping the bottom of the pan to deglaze.
- Stir in the dried thyme and rosemary, then return the chicken to the skillet.
- Reduce heat to low, cover, and let it simmer for 15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Remove the chicken, let it rest for a couple of minutes, then slice and plate.
- Spoon the wine sauce over the chicken, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve.
