Steps

1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. 2. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper, then add it to the skillet. Sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. 3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside. 4. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. 5. Pour in the white wine and chicken broth, scraping the bottom of the pan to deglaze. 6. Stir in the dried thyme and rosemary, then return the chicken to the skillet. 7. Reduce heat to low, cover, and let it simmer for 15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and tender. 8. Remove the chicken, let it rest for a couple of minutes, then slice and plate. 9.
