Herb-Roasted Rabbit with Garlic and Rosemary

Steps

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper. 3. Rub the herb mixture all over the rabbit leg, ensuring it's well coated. 4. Place the rabbit leg in a baking dish and pour the vegetable broth and lemon juice around it. 5. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and roast in the oven for 30 minutes. 6. Remove the foil and roast for an additional 15 minutes, until the meat is golden and cooked through. 7.
