Steps
In a bowl, combine the ground meat, Urfa pepper, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
Form the mixture into skewers or patties, approximately 4-5 pieces.
Heat olive oil in a grill pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the kebabs and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
Remove from heat and let rest for a couple of minutes.
Serve with pita or flatbread and garnish with fresh parsley.
