
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk the egg and mix in the crumbled feta cheese, shredded mozzarella, diced tomato, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the cheese and egg mixture, ensuring the pasta is well coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a small baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
