Steps
1. In a pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
2. Add the diced lamb or beef and cook until browned on all sides.
3. Stir in the cumin, paprika, black pepper, and salt, cooking for another minute.
4. Pour in the broth and bring to a boil.
5. Add the rice and reduce heat to a simmer. Cook for 15-20 minutes until the rice is tender and the meat is cooked through.
6. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley and a lemon wedge on the side.
