Turkish Mushroom and Potato Soup

A healthy and flavorful soup inspired by Turkish cuisine, featuring mushrooms, potatoes, and a touch of sweetness from strawberries. Topped with seared pork and tuna for added protein.

Steps

1. Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant. 2. Add mushrooms, potatoes, cumin, and paprika. Cook for 5 minutes. 3. Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. 4. Meanwhile, season pork and tuna with salt and pepper. In a separate pan, sear the pork and tuna until cooked through. 5. Add sliced strawberries to the soup and cook for an additional 2 minutes. 6. Serve the soup in a bowl, topped with seared pork, tuna, and fresh parsley.
