
Steps
- Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- Add mushrooms, potatoes, cumin, and paprika. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
- Meanwhile, season pork and tuna with salt and pepper. In a separate pan, sear the pork and tuna until cooked through.
- Add sliced strawberries to the soup and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Serve the soup in a bowl, topped with seared pork, tuna, and fresh parsley.

- 500ml vegetable broth
