Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper.
3. Rub the mixture evenly over the rabbit meat.
4. Place the rabbit in a small roasting pan. Optionally, arrange potato slices around the meat.
5. Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, basting occasionally with the pan juices.
6. Check for doneness; the meat should be tender and juices clear.
7. Remove from oven and squeeze lemon wedge over the rabbit before serving.
