Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
3. Place the turkey breast on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Brush the herb mixture evenly over the turkey breast.
5. Roast in the preheated oven for about 45-50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
