Steps

4. Toss the potato slices in the herb mixture until well-coated.
5. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, arrange the potato slices in a circular pattern, overlapping them slightly.
6. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top if desired.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden and crispy.
