Steps

Add the vegetable oil and mix until crumbly.
Gradually add warm water, stirring until a dough forms.

Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Roll each ball out into a thin circle.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook each tortilla for about 30 seconds on each side until lightly golden.
