Steps
1. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or over a double boiler until smooth.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the honey, milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until combined.
3. Gradually add the melted chocolate to the honey mixture, stirring until well incorporated.
4. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture until fully combined, being careful not to deflate the cream.
6. Spoon the mousse into a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
