Honey-Garlic-Ginger Chicken with Mushrooms

This easy gluten-free main dish is packed with flavour. Ginger, garlic, honey and mushrooms combine deliciously with the chicken to make a healthy and delicious dinner!

Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Rub the chicken with olive oil, garlic, ginger, salt and pepper. 3. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. 4. Meanwhile, sauté mushrooms in a pan with a little olive oil until slightly golden. 5. When the chicken is done, cover it with honey and mushrooms. 6. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through. 7. Serve and enjoy!
