
Steps
- Put a pot of salty water to boil and add the spaghetti
- Let it cook following the instructions given in the package.
- In a different pan, heat the olive oil together with the garlic
- Then, add the milk and let it cook until the milk starts to thicken.
- Add the Parmigiano Reggiano, the basil leaves, salt and pepper
- Drain the spaghetti and put it in the pan with the sauce
- Mix everything together until all the spaghetti are covered with the sauce
- Serve

- 200g spaghetti pasta
- 60ml milk
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 15g Parmigiano Reggiano
- 2-3 basil leaves
- Salt, pepper to taste
