Steps
1. Peel the carrots and cut them into thin, diagonal slices.
2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
3. Add the carrot slices and sauté for about 3 minutes until they start to soften.
4. Drizzle in the honey and add the water, stirring well to coat the carrots.
5. Sprinkle in the thyme, salt, and pepper, and continue to cook for another 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the carrots are tender and glazed.
6. Remove from heat and serve warm.
