Honey Glazed Chicken with Peppers and Mushrooms

This chicken dish has a sweet honey glaze with a hint of smoky flavors from the peppers. It is comfort food at its best

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 375F 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. 3. Add chicken breast, season with salt and pepper and cook until lightly golden brown. 4. Add bell peppers, mushrooms and garlic powder and sauté for 2 minutes. 5. Transfer the chicken and vegetables to an oven dish and sprinkle with gruyere cheese. 6. Drizzle honey and smoked paprika on top and bake for 15 minutes. 7. Let cool and enjoy!
