Steps
1. Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
2. In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
4. Sear pork chops for 3-4 minutes on each side.
5. Brush honey glaze on both sides of the pork chops and cook for another 2 minutes.
6. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
