Steps
1. In a saucepan, bring the milk to a boil.
2. Add the rice and reduce the heat to low. Simmer for about 20 minutes, or until the rice is cooked and the mixture has thickened, stirring occasionally.
3. Stir in the honey and mixed nuts. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
4. In a separate saucepan, steep the tea leaves in 1 cup of hot water for about 5 minutes. Strain the tea and set aside.
5. Serve the rice pudding in individual bowls, topped with a spoonful of caramelized onions and a drizzle of the steeped tea as a unique flavor enhancer.
