
Steps
- In a bowl, combine the chicken cubes with jerk seasoning and olive oil. Mix well to coat.
- Thread the marinated chicken, bell pepper, and onion alternately onto the soaked skewer.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- Grill the skewers for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
