Steps
Steps of Preparation:
1. Heat the oil in a large skillet.
2. Add the beef and onion and sauté for about 2 minutes, until onion is softened.
3. Add the curry powder and sauté for an additional minute.
4. Pour in the hot water and bring to a boil.
5. Reduce the heat and simmer for about 10 minutes, until the beef is tender.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
