Jelly Glazed Salmon

Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. In a small bowl, mix together the jelly, soy sauce, lemon juice, and minced garlic. 3. Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet lined with foil. 4. Season the salmon with salt and pepper. 5. Spoon the jelly glaze over the top of the salmon, spreading it evenly. 6. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through and flaky. 7. Serve the jelly glazed salmon with your choice of steamed vegetables and rice.
