Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. In a small bowl, mix together the jelly, soy sauce, lemon juice, and minced garlic. 3. Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet lined with foil. 4. Season the salmon with salt and pepper. 5. Spoon the jelly glaze over the top of the salmon, spreading it evenly. 6.
