1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper. 3. In a small bowl, mix the jelly, soy sauce, and minced garlic. 4. Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with foil. 5. Spread the jelly mixture over the salmon. 6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the salmon is cooked through. 7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
