Steps
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix together ketchup, soy sauce, honey, and minced garlic.
3. Season the chicken thigh with salt and pepper on both sides.
4. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
5. Sear the chicken thigh, skin-side down, for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
6. Flip the chicken and pour the ketchup mixture over the top.
7. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
8. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving, spooning the sauce over the chicken.
