Steps
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Place the flatbread slices on a baking sheet and spread the hummus over them.
3. Top with the chopped tomatoes, cucumbers and radishes.
4. Drizzle with extra-virgin olive oil, sumac, salt and freshly ground black pepper.
5. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crisp.
6. Serve warm.
