Lebanese Hummus Tartines

These Lebanese tartines are a delicious and quick appetizer that can be enjoyed at any gathering. They are prepared with hummus and topped with chopped tomatoes, cucumbers and radishes.

Steps

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. Place the flatbread slices on a baking sheet and spread the hummus over them. 3. Top with the chopped tomatoes, cucumbers and radishes. 4. Drizzle with extra-virgin olive oil, sumac, salt and freshly ground black pepper. 5. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crisp. 6. Serve warm.

• 2 slices of Lebanese flatbread • 2 tablespoons of hummus • 1/4 cup of chopped tomatoes • 1/4 cup of chopped cucumbers • 1/4 cup of chopped radishes • 2 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil • 1 teaspoon of sumac • 1 teaspoon of salt • 1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
