Steps
1. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
2. Coat the chicken breast in the marinade and let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
4. Cook the chicken breast for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and golden brown.
5. Remove from heat and let rest for 2 minutes.
6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving if desired.
