Steps
1. Pat the chicken breast dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and dried oregano.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
4. Place the chicken breast in the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on one side without moving.
5. Flip the chicken, pour lemon juice over it, and cook for another 6-7 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
6. Remove chicken from heat and let it rest for 3 minutes.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
