Steps

  1. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Place the chicken breast in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the leftover marinade.
