Steps
1. Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary on both sides.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the chicken breast and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
5. Pour in the milk and stir, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.
6. Let the sauce simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
7. Return the chicken to the skillet, spooning the sauce over it, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
8. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
