Steps

  1. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the chicken breast in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
