
Steps
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken breast in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and juices run clear.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Serve with lemon slices and garnish with fresh parsley.
