Steps

1. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper on both sides. 2. In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the chicken breast. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. 3. While the chicken is cooking, prepare the strawberry balsamic reduction. In a small saucepan, combine sliced strawberries, balsamic vinegar, and honey. Cook over low heat until the strawberries break down and the mixture thickens slightly, about 5-7 minutes. 4. Once the chicken is cooked, place it on a plate and drizzle the strawberry balsamic reduction over it. 5. Garnish with fresh basil and serve immediately.
