Lemon Herb Grilled Chicken Breast

Steps

1. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. 2. Place the chicken breast in a zip-lock bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Marinate for at least 30 minutes. 3. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. 4. Remove chicken from marinade and grill for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and juices run clear. 5. Let the chicken rest for 3 minutes before slicing. 6. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve.
