Steps

1. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, dill, garlic, salt, and pepper. 2. Place the fish fillet in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it, ensuring it's well-coated. Let it marinate for 15 minutes. 3. Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium heat. 4. Once hot, place the marinated fish on the grill.
